This page explains the information requested through MetalFabricators.ca project inquiry forms and the purpose of that request.

Information requested
Our inquiry forms request your name, email and project message, with optional phone, company and project selections. We use these details to assess and respond to your request. Do not include confidential drawings, payment details or unrelated sensitive information.

Form processing
Inquiries are submitted to Formspree, our form-processing provider, and may be forwarded to our business email. A confirmation means Formspree accepted the submission; it does not confirm project acceptance, a quotation or email delivery. Formspree may process technical information for spam prevention and service operation under its privacy policy at https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy/. The public inquiry form does not accept file uploads.

Privacy requests
Contact info@metalfabricators.ca with questions about your information or to request access, correction or deletion. Do not resend sensitive material. Inquiry information is accessible to authorized business operators and service providers involved in handling it. Copies may remain in Formspree and email systems according to their retention and backup policies. We do not use inquiry consent as a subscription to marketing emails.

Optional conversion analytics
When optional analytics is enabled for this website, a preferences panel identifies Plausible and requests your permission before sending any events. You can decline without affecting the inquiry form or withdraw using the same panel. Approved public page paths, quote-button clicks and form-start/completion milestones are sent; contact details, project descriptions, document contents, filenames, query strings and RFQ references are excluded. Plausible receives your IP address and browser information with network requests. The preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days; an approved source page can be held in this tab for up to 30 minutes to relate an inquiry to a service or location guide. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable these optional events. Analytics is separate from the essential intake/session records used to securely process requests. No advertising pixels or session replay are installed.
